Performance Projects

We develop performance projects in a range of contexts, particularly for audiences who may not usually see dance in traditional performance settings.

We aim to produce at least one professional performance project per year led by our Artistic Director, Anne-Marie Smalldon.

Our work has been performed in theatres & some more unusual locations in Greater London, Manchester and as far as Switzerland. Venues have included The Science Museum, Parliament Square, Victoria & St Pancras Stations, Hampton Court Palace, The National Physical Laboratory, Manchester Town Hall, MMU University and even a tour of charity shop windows to name a few. In Our work has been featured on Sky Arts, C4, BBC, ITV London & European news channels.

Past awards and grants have been received from The London Mayor’s Office, Arts Council England, Sport England, Richmond Council, UCL University & The National Archives.

We accept commissions from creative, commercial, educational and charitable organisations who require a specific performance work for an event, space or project. These have included High Speed One for St Pancras International, Sky Arts, Big Dance and Imperial College London for previous commissions.

Information on a selection of previous performance projects is available in this section, with photo and video galleries in the respective website sections.

For more information on any projects not featured here or to discuss a new commission, please contact us. We’d be delighted to hear from you
