Release, Reboot and Reconnect

Join Combination Dance established dance artists every Monday to dance yourself happy!

1.30-2.30pm
Mondays In Term Time
on Zoom

We also occasionally meet at Marble Hill Park for a park chair-based class and a coffee!

This will be a mostly chair based class on zoom for adults who want to get moving but are working with reduced mobility and may have been inactive for a while. It has been designed specifically for adults with long term health conditions in consultation with patients.

What can you expect?
Gentle mobilisation of the whole body, postive mind body connection, some good tunes (song requests encouraged!) breathing techniques and mindful activities. It will also include a chance to chat at the end and links to fun ideas for walks and other wellbeing ideas.

98% of the participants of our adult dance programs have said that joining has improved or changed their lives for the better.

Book or confirm now by sending us your full name, plus any questions, and we will send you the enrollment form and full list of dates
