We are the dance organisation for the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames, offering an all-year-round programme of classes and workshops, and producing our own professional performance projects across London and the UK. Find out more about our professional work here.

Our participation work includes RYD Richmond Youth Dance, the Borough’s company for young people aged between 12-20 years. We also offer classes for adults at all levels of experience, as well as children’s classes and accessible classes for adults, young people and children with additional needs. What an event last night 120 Londoners joined us to create dances inspired by the Suffrage Centenary. However to be exact on Tuesday July 2 it was exactly 90 years since women received the vote at the same age as men (we remembered the Equal Suffrage Act) and of course it’s the first ever Democracy Week too.
